An on site support contract is designed for customers with mission critical networks who do not wish to carry their own spares. This service provides a range of coverage and response times to suit varying customer requirements. more

This service provides an alternative to on site support in cases where it is either impossible or impractical to be on location. Please note that this service is only available to establish on site support customers.. more
Help Desk
Help desk support is available to all customers holding a current support contract.This service is limited to the support of networks installed and/or maintained by Majestic.
Email Support
You can purchase a set number of questions which can be submitted by email over a 12 month period. This service is not intended as a substitute for other support services we offer and the questions have to be the sort which requires brief answers.
