An on site support contract is designed for customers with mission critical networks who do not wish to carry their own spares. This service provides a range of coverage and response times to suit varying customer requirements.
Coverage
On site coverage options are available from the standard 8 hours a day 5 days a week, through to the premium 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Response Times
For sites within 50km of Majestic’s office, guaranteed response times are agreed. Response times outside the 50km zone are dependant on travel time.
